God is good with all the little things in life.
I am always setting my glasses down somewhere and can’t find them. I went to the grocery store and took my sunglasses off as I walked into the store. I remember thinking, “I need to put my sunglasses in my purse.” So as I was getting ready to drive home I looked in my purse and couldn’t find them. I even emptied my purse out in the seat. Discouraged, I went back inside the store thinking how to trace my steps to see if I could find them. I decided to first ask if they had a lost and found. So, as directed, I asked a manager about lost and found and my sunglasses. She said just a minute, as she was looking at her phone. In a couple minutes she came back with my sunglasses. They are prescription glasses that are helpful when driving. (We do have a lot of sun here in Texas!)
I was thanking God that He takes care of me in such tender ways like this. And more than this “convenient” blessing, I am more aware that He has His eye on me, just like His eye is on the sparrow.
