The other week, I was having a particularly tough day. It was the first time in my adult life that I hadn’t received a pay check every two weeks. I was leaving my Mom’s house after dropping off our baby and came across this marigold! Just a few weeks earlier it had reminded me of God’s creative spirit (Read the story here)
Now here was the same flower looking quite different.
What started as a single shoot through the concrete has blossomed into this. In the moment, I sensed the Lord telling me that he can make abundance and life come in any circumstance and any way he chooses. It was a huge encouragement to me and such a great reminder that no matter how difficult or challenging things may seem, Jesus came to bring life and life to the full!
