Children are excellent disciples! In fact, Jesus said something just like that! “Let the children come to me. Do not hinder them. For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children.” Mark 10:14
Inspire4kids seeks to make the vision of Inspire, ‘to develop the spiritual lives of missional disciples’, accessible to children. Our heart is to be disciples ourselves, who help children to grow up as missional disciples, abiding deeply with God and living missionally in the world.
We believe that children are not the future of the church, they are the Kingdom of God with us NOW. We desire to raise a generation of whole life, missional disciples on fire with love for God and their neighbours.
So we seek to share wisdom, offer teaching and support for leaders, parents and families, as well as developing resources:
- to cultivate a hunger for more of Jesus in children and young people
- to teach children and young people spiritual disciplines so they can be like Jesus
- to encourage children and young people to grow up in an intergenerational family of faith that helps one another to recognise Jesus with them always
- to equip and send children and young people out as everyday missionaries, wherever they are, to share Jesus with others
Inspire for Kids is not another resource, program or curriculum that you can take off the shelf. It is a new way of thinking about discipling children as a journey in the Way of Life with children.

- Register for the online learning community Discipling Children in our Midst. A 5-week course delving into how to equip, encourage and journey with children in the Way of Life. It explores how the Inspire principles and practices can be used in the family (at home), in missional community (in house fellowship) and in gatherings (in church).
