Refunds and Returns

• Physical items may be returned within fourteen days of purchase if it is faulty. Customers should contact us directly by email with evidence of the fault. Once agreed, shipping is the responsibility of Inspire Worldwide. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued on receipt of the faulty item.
• Physical items may be returned within seven days of purchase for any other reason. Customers should contact us directly by email to arrange the return. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Digital items are not eligible for refund or return.

Digital Downloads

• Digital items are subject to the same copyright terms as above.
• Digital items are intended for personal use only and must not be copied or shared in any format.
• Digital items may only be printed out as a single copy for personal use, but not reproduced, shared or distributed in any way.

Currency and Payments

• We primarily sell items in US dollars ($US) and UK pounds (£UK). Purchasing in other currencies may be arranged by contacting us directly.
• Sales in $US are made through PayPal. Sales in £UK are made through Stripe. Either payment method may also be used subject to current exchange rates and any fees.
• Customers may give consent for personal payment details to be stored securely on the site.

Taxes

• Most of our resources are for education purposes and generally not liable to sales tax.
• Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated in the checkout process.

Shipping

• We aim to sell our items as inexpensively as possible, and the customer pays for shipping.
• Shipping may be estimated in the shopping cart and is calculated at checkout on the basis of delivery address.
• Shipping in the US is fulfilled by United States Postal Service, and in the UK by Royal Mail.
