I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord.
Psalm 27: 13-14 NIV
For last five years, I and my wife, Anpa, are listening to this Psalm especially the song form of the last two verses, when we were passing through the most uncertain times. In 2022 we were almost fearing death in 2022. We learnt that Anpa has to undergo her third C-section to give a birth to a baby girl and as per her health data it was extremely high risk for both as she had a history of a still born baby at a 38 week pregnancy earlier in 2016. We struggled for few weeks and every time as we take a ride back and forth to the hospital most of the time we hear and sing along these lines. I strongly recommend you listen to the audio track. The pregnancy was smoothest and fastest recovery. Some of the reports even surprises the doctors and our extended family.
Now this Psalm testifies the “safety of the Covenant of Love” and Goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Now the baby, we called her ‘Miracle baby’, turned one year old on August 7, 2023I
