The angel appears again! The Bible tells us that God will never leave us or forsake us. Check out Deuteronomy 31:6 or Hebrews 13:5)
In this part of the Christmas story we see the truth of this promise! God watched over Mary, Joseph and Jesus. And he watches over us. “For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go” Psalm 91:11
It is also important to remember that there is also great sorrow in this story as well as joy. Because of a wicked man called Herod, a whole generation of baby boys were killed, and there was such great sadness. But God sent us Jesus so that one day, “He will wipe every tear away there will be no more death, or mourning or crying or pain” Revelation 21:4

Pray
From when we rise in the morning, to when we lay down at night, Lord Jesus watch over us we pray. As we play and as we sleep, Lord Jesus be with us we pray. In our sadness and in our gladness, Lord Jesus be our everything. Amen
